"Seasonal Confession" EP Announcement

After months of anticipation, we're finally ready to share the news you've all been waiting for: our debut EP "Seasonal Confession" will be officially released on **August 15th, 2025**.

The Journey to "Seasonal Confession"

This EP represents three years of songwriting, experimentation, and growth as artists. Since we began creating music together in 2022, we've been working toward this moment - our first official release that truly captures what Undead Living is about.

The title "Seasonal Confession" reflects the cyclical nature of emotional revelation and the way certain feelings and memories resurface with the changing seasons. Each track on the EP explores different aspects of introspection, desire, and the push-and-pull between darkness and light that defines the human experience.

Working with Michael Briggs at Civil Audio

The EP was recorded and produced by Michael Briggs at Civil Audio in Texas. Michael's understanding of post-punk and gothic rock has been instrumental in helping us achieve the sound we've been chasing. His technical expertise combined with his artistic vision has elevated these songs beyond what we imagined possible.

The recording process began in February and has been an intensive but incredibly rewarding experience. We've experimented with vintage equipment, layered arrangements, and atmospheric production techniques that give each track its own distinct character while maintaining a cohesive sonic identity throughout the EP.

The Tracks

"Seasonal Confession" features five tracks that showcase the range of our sound:

**"Dirty Persuasion"** - Our lead single that you've already heard, exploring themes of temptation and moral ambiguity with driving post-punk energy.

**"Part of Me"** - A more introspective track that builds from haunting verses to soaring choruses, dealing with identity and connection.

**"Winter's End"** - The most atmospheric piece on the EP, featuring layered guitars and ethereal vocals that create a dreamlike soundscape.

**"Neon Nights"** - An uptempo track that channels our Blondie and Killing Joke influences, with a pulsing rhythm and memorable hooks.

**"Confession"** - The EP's emotional centerpiece and closing track, a six-minute journey through vulnerability and acceptance.

Visual Identity and Artwork

The EP artwork, created in collaboration with local artist Elena Rodriguez, features imagery that reflects the themes of seasonal change and emotional revelation. The cover art incorporates the deep reds and blacks that have become central to our visual identity, with symbolic elements that tie into the lyrical content.
